Akhsar Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, send a congratulatory letter to Sergey Ghazaryan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh, on the occasion of his appointment as the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Artsakh.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia extended a congratulatory letter to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of the Republic of Nauru on the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of Nauru.

The congratulation, in particular, reads:

September 14 marks the 14th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation.

On the occasion of the anniversary, Akhsar Dzhioev, the South Ossetian Foreign Minister, addressed a congratulatory letter to Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister.

Akhsar Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, addressed a note of condolence to Sergey Lavrov, the Minister of Forein Affairs of the Russian Federation, in connection with the terrorist act in Kabul, which had resulted in death of members of the Russian diplomatic mission in Afghanistan.
