The Abkhaz Foreign Minister Inal Ardzinba extended a congratulatory letter to the South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev on the occasion of the Day of the Republic.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“South Ossetia successfully follows the path of the statehood strengthening and social and economic development. The traditionally friendly ties between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Republic of South Ossetia have been developing systematically.
I am convinced that the bilateral Abkhaz-South Ossetian cooperation, based on a solid foundation of mutual respect, understanding and trust, will continue strengthening in future.”
