The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a note of condolences to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic Faisal al-Mekdad in connection with the terrorist act in Homs.
The note says:
“With a feeling of deep sorrow, I received the news about the terrorist act in Homs, where the attack on the military academy caused human casualties, including among the civilian population.
South Ossetia, which has been repeatedly subjected to terroristic acts by Georgia, strongly condemns this crime.
Honorable Mr. Minister, I am expressing my sincere condolences on the occasion of the tragedy”.
