The statement of Alexander Lukashenko, President of the Republic of Belarus, on the possibility that Minsk recognizes the independence of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of Abkhazia did not gounnoticed in South Ossetia.

The statement of Belarusian President has reasonablegrounds, and it is not only the obvious established legal international situation related to the existence of the Union State of Russia and Belarus, which implies political obligations, including implementation of a coordinated foreign policy.

Recently, the promotion of additional Russian military forces to combat duty on the territory of Belarus has been widely discussed, and especially the statement of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko about the country’s readiness for war on the side of Russia. The situation for IA REGNUM was commented by the Minister of South Ossetia Dmitrii Medoev.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Dmitrii Medoev spoke in an interview to the Information Agency «Res» about the current situation in Ukraine and possible provocations in South Ossetia.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia D.N. Medoev gave a comment to IA REGNUM regarding the creation of a government commission in Georgia for the development and implementation of the “State strategy for de-occupation and peaceful resolution of conflicts” - a project that, according to its authors, is intended to annul the military-political presence of Russia in the region and would allow Tbilisi to return the lost in 1989 territory.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia D.N. Medoev answered the question of the correspondent of Sputnik South Ossetia IA about the creation of a government commission in Georgia to develop and implement the “State strategy for de-occupation and peaceful resolution of conflicts”.

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Dmitrii Medoev gave a comment to Sputnik South Ossetia on the statement of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov about Russia's refusal to conduct monitoring flights in the 10-kilometer zone near the borders of Abkhazia and South Ossetia.

The accusations against South Ossetia and Russia, voiced in the next statement of the Georgian Foreign Ministry, could not surprise anyone with their originality. For at least the last decade, one can observe how Georgian propaganda unsuccessfully tries to reverse the situation and return lost positions to Georgia.
