South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory note to Nicarguan Foreign Minister Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres on the occasion of his jubilee.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“As a genuine revolutionist and comrade of Comandante Daniel Ortega, as a statesman and diplomat, as a true patriot and citizen of your country, over many years of responsible work you have passed a brilliant path of honest and selfless service to Nicaragua and the ideals of its people.
Under your leadership a large-scale work to defend the foreign policy interests of Nicaragua and its allies in the challenging conditions of international political situation is conducted.”
