The Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia A. M. Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia M. M. Kulakhmetov on the occasion of the Constitution Day of the Russian Federation.
Congratulatory message, in particular, states:
“The Basic Law of Russia adopted on November 12, 1993 determined the principles of statehood and supreme value of the state –a citizen, his basic rights and duties. As a solid foundation of the democratic development of the country, the Constitution became the guarantor of civil peace and agreement, serving as a reliable guide for foreign and domestic policy.
Relying on the Basic Law, the Russian people confidently passes through emerging difficulties and trials, copes with the most acute challenges of the time. The inviolability and stability of constitutional principles are an integral component of the country’s successful development, allowing to implement fully legal norms and creating the necessary conditions to ensure a decent life for the multinational Russian society.”
