On 5 September, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev attended a solemn assembly at Tskhinval Secondary School No.3 dedicated to the start of the academic year.
Akhsar Dzhioev greeted the pupils, parents and teachers and wished everyone achievements in the upcoming academic year.

On September 3, in Tskhinval, a memorial action took place at the Cathedral Square near the Church of the Nativity of the Blessing Virgin Marry, in memory of the victims of the terrorist attack in Beslan.
