Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory letter to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Russian Federation on the occasion of his jubilee.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“For many years you have been involved in serving South Ossetia and its people with all your heart. Unique combination of personal and professional skills allowed you to gain high authority and respect among colleagues and compatriots.
Your personal contribution to the development of the full-fledged bilateral interaction and promoting integration of South Ossetia and Russia is invaluable.”
