The recurrent fifteenth round of Geneva talks on security in Transcaucasia was held on 4 March 2011. The delegations from the Republic of South Ossetia, the Republic of Abkhazia, the Russian Federation and Georgia under the auspices of the EU, OSCE and UN participated there.

Taking into account the belligerent statements of the leader of Georgia made in January 2011, the South Ossetia delegation gave special attention to the necessity of signing a legally bound document of full-value on non-use of force, which would allow to establish durable guarantees against nonrenewal of military aggression against South Ossetia from Georgia` s side.

The representatives of South Ossetia also pointed out the facts of violating the airspace and cases of illegal crossing of the border from the side of Georgia.
South Ossetia side has passed its remark to enter on the agenda of the next round of the Geneva talks the question of the competency of the usage of the term ‘occupation’ with regard to the territory of the Republic of South Ossetia by some international organizations.

During the discussions of the humanitarian problems the South Ossetia side paid attention to the problem of the resumption of the gas supply to Leningory region of RSO through the territory of Georgia. The supply was cut off in August 2008. It also paid attention to the return of Leningory region`s residents to the places of their former residence, despite their nationality.
