The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia O.M. Bartsits on the occasion of appointment to the high state post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
The message, in particular, states:
‘I am confident that high professional and human qualities will allow you to fulfill successfully the tasks set for the implementation of the foreign policy course of the Republic of Abkhazia, expanding its international contacts.
Esteemed Oleg Msasovich, highly appreciating the established relations of friendship and cooperation between our departments, on my part I express my readiness to make every effort to continue and further develop constructive dialogue for the benefit of our countries and peoples’.
