On April 18, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev took part in the round table ‘Bridges of Cooperation, Dialogue of Cultures’, which was held at the Russian House in Brussels within the framework of the Days of Ossetian Culture in Europe.
The Days of Ossetian Culture in Europe, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, is organized by Radion Pukhaev, Head of the International Non-Profit Association “Renaissance Sandidzan”, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Benelux countries.
The round table was attended by Ossetian artists, representatives of scientific and creative intelligentsia of South and North Ossetia, Ossetian Diaspora, European experts in working with Russian regions and specialists in the field of science and culture.
Akhsar Dzhioev addressed the audience with a welcoming speech in which he expressed his gratitude to the organizers, participants and guests of the cultural event, which is of great importance in today's conditions, and wished them successful work and bright, unforgettable impressions.
The first day of the event also includes a screening of Vadim Tsalikov's film ‘My Brother, Dr Moles’ and the opening of the international exhibition of Ossetian artists ‘Inspiration’, where Lira Alborova, Vadim Pukhaev, Roksalana Chochieva, Amina Gubieva, Fatima Tomayeva-Gabellini and Galina Shvaiger will present their paintings and graphics.
