Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic Bassam al-Sabbagh on the occasion of his appointment to the post of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates the Syrian Arab Republic.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“The decision of the highest authorities of the country to appoint you to such a responsible state post is an indicator of the recognition and appreciation of your professional qualities and many years of diplomatic service.
I strongly believe that your vast experience, knowledge, personal and professional qualities will enable you to fulfill successfully and efficiently vital tasks related to the defense of Syria’s foreign policy interests.”
