The South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to the Nicaraguan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of South Ossetia Alba Azucena Torres on the occasion of her birthday.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“While noting your high professionalism and personal qualities, extraordinary intelligence and feminine charm, I would like to emphasize your consistency and integrity in the implementation of Nicaragua’s foreign policy, in the establishment and development of the South Ossetian-Nicaraguan political and diplomatic relations in modern challenging realities.
I am convinced that the fruitful cooperation between our states and nations, which was vividly confirmed by the visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres together with Your Excellency to Tskhinval for the celebrations, dedicated to the 15th anniversary of Russia’s recognition of the independence of South Ossetia, on August 26, 2023, will continue to develop dynamically, basing on trust and mutual understanding.
Your Excellency, I wish you health and success as well as peace and prosperity to the people of Nicaragua.”
