The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic has sent a congratulatory message to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the adoption of the Act of Declaration of Independence of South Ossetia
The congratulation, in particular, says:
«May 29, 1992 was a turning point in the process of South Ossetia achieving independence, national unity and the ability to independently choose its own path. Despite the existing existential threat, the Supreme Council, executing the will of the people, unanimously voted for the Resolution on the adoption of the Act of Declaration of State Independence.
Over the years, leadership of the Republic of South Ossetia have succeeded in formation of a democratic law-governed state, set a course for confident socio-economic development and have built strong friendly relations with a number of foreign countries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People's Republic wishes the employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia and the entire South Ossetian people health, kindness and comprehensive well-being, as well as new victories for the good of the Motherland».
