The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh S.V. Ghazaryan sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev on the occasion of the Day of the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry.
The congratulation, in particular, says:
«The contribution of the diplomatic corps in protecting and furthering the interests of the state in the foreign policy arena, as well as in countering new challenges, in surviving and strengthening the sovereignty of the state, increasing its defense capability and security is invaluable.
I am convinced that the long-standing relations between Artsakh and South Ossetia, based on friendship, mutual respect and equal partnership, will continue to develop constructively in various areas of mutual interest».
