The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a note of condolences to Faisal al-Mekdad, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Syrian Arab Republic in connection with the tragic consequences of the earthquake, which happened in SAR.
The note reads:
Accept, please, our words of sympathy for the tragic consequences of the earthquake in the northern regions of the Syrian Arab Republic, which resulted in more than 100 casualties and caused large-scale destructions.
We are extending our deep condolences to families and friends of the victims and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
