Greeting message of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic Foreign Ministry

The Transnistrian Moldovan Republic Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Yastrebchak directed a greeting message to the Republic of South Ossetia Minister of Foreign Affairs Murat Dzhioev in connection with the celebration of the 65th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic war. The message particularly says:

“Keeping everlasting memory of the heroism and the valour of warriors defeated the fascism, this date unites people all over the post soviet area. This day we pay tribute to those who granted freedom and peace to us, who fought at the front and served on the home front, revived the country postwar.

United by the striving for the restoring of historical justice, true to its traditions and ideas which had been upheld by the front-line soldiers during the heroic forties, today the people of South Ossetia successfully follow the way of free and democratic development. Our countries are united on this way by good many years of fight for common values and ideals. The great feat of the people which we feel today with gratitude, always will be a guideline for us, allowing to achieve the goals set up before our countries”.
