On September 3, a commemorative event in tribute to the victims of the terrorist attack in Beslan was held on the Cathedral square by the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Tskhinval.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev and ministry officials took part in the event.
The participants observed a minute of silence in the memory of the innocents killed and laid flowers to the monument of Grieving Mother.
In memory of the victims, the traditional 334 white baloons were released into the sky.
