The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Inal Ardzinba on the occasion of his birthday.
The congratulation, in particular, reads:
“Noting your professionalism and personal human qualities, I would like bring into focus your consistency and integrity in implementing the foreign policy of Abkhazia, strengthening South Ossetian-Abkhazian political and diplomatic relations under present-day problematic reality.
I am firmly convinced that fruitful cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Republic of Abkhazia will continue to dynamically developing on the basis of trust and mutual understanding in the interests of our fraternal peoples, for the sake of peace, harmony and security in the Caucasus”.
