Greeting the Ambassadors on behalf of the Venezuelan people, President Maduro emphasized the importance of building up interstate relations based on mutual assistance and respect to international law.
Delcy Rodriguez, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Luis Jose Markano, the Minister of Communication and Information, and other officials participated in the ceremony.
