Greeting Telegram of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh Minister for Foreign Affairs Georgi Petrosyan to South Ossetia Minister for Foreign Affairs Murat Jioev on the Occasion of the National Holiday – the Day of the Republic

The Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh Minister for Foreign Affairs Georgi Petrosyan sent a greeting telegram to South Ossetia Minister for Foreign Affairs Murat Jioev on the occasion of the national holiday in the Republic of South Ossetia– the Day of the Republic.

The telegram says in particular:

“On the occasion of the 20th anniversary from the declaration of independence of the Republic of South Ossetia in the name of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs workers in the Republic of Artsakh and personally from myself I am given an honor to pass sincere and heartfelt greetings to You, Mr. Minister and all the citizens of the Republic of South Ossetia.

During the last years RSO has gone not an easy way of its state establishment. South Ossetia has overcome many difficulties, it has acquired its independence and today it continues to develop and implements social and economic reforms. Today nothing is able to make South Ossetia, which on its way to independence and freedom has gone through the war and hardship, and the test of time, to turn from its way.

The peoples of Artsakh and Iriston are united through a whole number of the joint historical events, the events which were engraved and are still being engraved on the memory and in the hearts of our people. I believe that existing friendly and brotherly relations between the peoples of our countries will find their further development.
And again, expressing the most sincere greetings to you and the people of South Ossetia on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the independence I wish You , dear Murat Kuzmich, sound health and success, and friendly and brotherly people of the Republic of South Ossetia - happiness and prosperity.”
