On November 18, the 32nd consolidated report of the CoE Secretary General “Conflict in Georgia” was submitted for consideration at the assembly of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe. As it was in previous documents, the report lacks of objective and impartial presentation of the situation in South Ossetia.

On November 17, Georgian media disseminated the comments of the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia Sh. Papuashvili and Tbilisi Mayor K. Kaladze regarding the abolition of the so-called temporary administration of South Ossetia.
On November 5, Akhsar Dzhioev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, participated in the round-table discussion entitled “Unity of a Nation as the Strength of a State”, organized by (the Unity) Political Party, timed to the Day of National Unity.
On November 5, a meeting was held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia with Head of International Department of Pirogov Russian National Research Medical University Margarita Isaakova, who arrived in South Ossetia at the invitation of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A. M. Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S. V. Lavrov on the occasion of the Day of National Unity.
The letter, in particular, reads:
On October 28-31, representatives of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia took part in the III International Forum of Young Diplomats “Mercury-2025”, which was held in Mariupol on the basis of the Mariupol State University named after A. I. Kuindzhi.
On October 24, in Moscow, on the margins of the 8th Forum of Young Diplomats, which is held on the sidelines of the International Cooperation Forum dedicated to the 100thanniversary of people’s diplomacy, a trilateral meeting was held between delegation of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, the Council of Young Diplomats of the MFA of the Republic of Abkhazia, headed by the Chairman of the Council PatarayaA. G.
On October 24, the VIII Global Forum of Young Diplomats, dedicated to the 100th anniversary of people’s diplomacy, started its work in the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian MFA.
Chairman of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.G. Sanakoev and Secretary of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.A. Tskhovrebova participated in the solemn opening ceremony of the Forum. In total, about 130 diplomats from 60 states are participating in the Forum.
In conditions of growing external pressure from Washington against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Caribbean Sea, close to its territorial waters and airspace, South Ossetia expresses its support for the friendly State and the actions of the Venezuelan leadership aimed at protecting its sovereignty and security.
On 13-17 October 2025, the 11th meeting of the Joint South Ossetian – Russian Demarcation Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Commission) was held in Moscow.
On October 19, the South Ossetian diplomats attended the event held in the Roman Catholic Cathedral in Moscow, dedicated to the canonization of Venezuelan blessed Dr. José Gregorio Hernández and Mother Carmen Rendiles Martínez.
On October 20, 2025, the participants of the South Ossetian delegation to the International Discussions on Security and Stability in the Transcaucasia met with the Co-Chairs of the Discussions from the EU, OSCE and UN in Tskhinval.
