On February 17, the Acting Foreign Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev and Foreign Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia Oleg Bartsits, who arrived in Tskhinval on a working visit, heading the delegation of the Abkhaz Foreign Ministry, visited the Memorial to the Defenders of South Ossetia.
Akhsar Dzhioev and Oleg Bartsits together with members of the Abkhaz delegation laid flowers at the Memorial and observed a minute of silence in memory of the fallen defenders.
