Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Elbakiev on the occasion of his birthday.
In his congratulatory message, Akhsar Dzhioev, in particular, noted the effective work of the Abkhaz Embassy in South Ossetia and the invaluable personal contribution of Alan Mukharbegovich to strengthening and developing the trustworthy dialogue and comprehensive cooperation between the two states, and wished Alan Elbakiev health, prosperity and further success in public service.
