On July 17, a delegation of the Republic of South Ossetia, headed by Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev, arrived on a working visit to the Republic of Nicaragua to participate in festivities dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the Sandinista Revolution Day.
Narim Kozaev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Republic of Nicaragua, is among members of the delegation.
In framework of the visit to Managua, a meeting with Alexander Khokholikov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Russia to Nicaragua, was held in the residence of the head of the Russian diplomatic mission.
A large number of honored foreign guests and delegations are expected to arrive to Managua to participate in the anniversary celebrations on July 19. Celebration of the anniversary of the Sandinista Revolution is of great historical and political significance for the people of Nicaragua.
