On 22 June 2011 Regional Court of Dzau delivered judgment on administrative exclusion of ten citizens of Georgia which on 18 and 19 June of the current year were detained by the South Ossetia frontiers not far from the village Koz of Dzau Region, Republic of South Ossetia, for illegal crossing of the state border between the Republic of South Ossetia and Georgia. Today these individuals were expelled to Georgia.
As the trespassers said if they had known about the boundary line they would not have crossed it. Thus they put responsibility for the incident on Georgia authorities which put obstacles in the way of definition of the boundary line between the two neighboring countries.
