“People in South Ossetia have received with deep sorrow the terrible news on the mass killing of civilians, at the hands of murders, who at once destroyed numerous human destinies.
On March 21, a meeting between the South Ossetian Foreign Minister Akhsar Dzhioev with the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin was held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
