On March 29, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev participated in the First International Research-to-Practice Conference Tibilov Readings, held in the South Ossetian State University.
The event was timed to birthday of one of the founders of the University, enlightener, scientist, outstanding public figure Alexander Tibilov.
Akhsar Dzhioev read a welcoming address from the South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev to the participants of the conference, in which, in particular, Alexander Tibilov’s role in the development of education in South Ossetia was emphasized.
Representatives of North Ossetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Abkhazia, DPR and LPR also participated in the work of the conference.
