Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev congratulated Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of South Ossetia to the Republic of Abkhazia on the jubilee.
The congratulatory note, in particular, read:
“Your personal contribution to strengthening the South Ossetian-Abkhaz relations is invaluable. Your vast experience, bondless devotion to the interests of our state, outstanding professional and personal skills became a reliable foundation for the fruitful work of the South Ossetian Embassy in Abkhazia. Over many years you solve responsibly and professionally the arising tasks and have earned a high authority both among the colleagues and the compatriots in Ossetia. People in Abkhazia treat you with great respect as well, as a person, who dedicated himself to serving the friendly Abkhaz nation. In the most difficult times, you have defended the freedom and the independence of Apsny side be side with the Abkhaz brothers.”
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev, Oleg Botsiev was awarded with the Order of Honor, for the great contribution to the implementation of the foreign policy course of the Republic of South Ossetia, to strengthening the South Ossetian-Abkhaz relations and in connection with the jubilee.
