The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia extended to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation a note of condolences for the consequences of the terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall.
The note, in particular, reads:
“People in South Ossetia have received with deep sorrow the terrible news on the mass killing of civilians, at the hands of murders, who at once destroyed numerous human destinies.
Terrorism cannot be justified. We are confident, that everyone involved in this beasty crime will be identified and will face thedeserved punishment.
On these sorrowful days the Ministry shares the grief of loss with loved ones and families of the victims and extends wishes of speedy recovery to the injured in the horrible tragedy.
