Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory letter to the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Grigory Karasin on the occasion of his jubilee.
The letter, in particular, reads:
