Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia D.N. Medoev sent a congratulatory message to the First Deputy Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on CIS, Eurasian Integration and Relations with Compatriots K.F. Zatulin on the occasion of a significant date - the 25th anniversary of the Institute of the CIS Countries.
