On 8 October 2013 Head of the Official Representation of Republic of South Ossetia in Pridnestrovie S.V. Sugaro and his Deputy C. Yu. Myasnikov participated in the reception on the occasion of the 605th anniversary since foundation of Bendery city. The event was organized at Bendery city Administration.
At the event also participated Counselor of the Embassy of Russian Federation in Moldova Skotarenko V. P., Deputy Head of Russian Science and Culture Center in Republic of Moldova C.V. Davidenko, Head of Bendery city Administration Yu. V. Gervasyuk, deputies of City Council of Bendery, heads of the cities and regions of Pridnestrovie, representatives of civil society organizations and honored citizens of Bendery city.
In his speech at the reception S. Sugaro underlined that Bendery is a city with rich history and that people of Pridnestrovie and Ossetia have longstanding ties with each other.
During the event Head of Bendery city Yu. V. Gervazyuk invited the guests to an exhibition organized at Central Square of the city for the guests to get familiar with industrial and cultural potential of the city.
