Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua Valdrack Ludwing Jaentschke Whitaker on the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Nicaragua.
The message states, in particular:
“The historic date of September 15, 1821 has forever been written in the annals of Central America as a symbol of the triumph of peoples who at the cost of enormous efforts paved their glorious path to freedom and sovereignty. This turning point became the starting point for Nicaragua's emergence as an independent and distinctive state, confidently pursuing the path of progress.
Despite the complexities of the modern world, Nicaragua demonstrates continuity in defending the ideals of freedom and national interests of the state in the global arena. The country is moving forward confidently, achieving results in social and economic development and strengthening its statehood.”
On the occasion of the Independence Day of the Republic of Nicaragua, Akhsar Dzhioev also sent a congratulatory message to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Nicaragua to the Republic of South Ossetia Alba Azucena Torres Mejia.
