On August 25, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev arrived to the Republic of Abkhazia on a working visit. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Odyssey Bigvava welcomed Akhsar Dzhioev.
In accordance with the agenda, “Plan of consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia for 2024-2025” will be signed in framework of the visit.
The delegation includes Zaza Driaev, Chairman of the Foreign Policy Committee of the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia, and Arsen Kvezerov, Chairman of the Committee of the Parliament of the Republic of South Ossetia for economy, small business and agriculture.
The delegation will participate in celebrations on the occasion of the 16th anniversary of recognition of the independence of the Republic of Abkhazia.
