On August 21, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev hosted a meeting with the ICRC Envoy on missing persons in the Caucasus Agnes Coutou.
The meeting was attended by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Andrey Tskhovrebov, Acting Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Republic of South Ossetia on post conflict settlement Egor Kochiev, Presidential Human Rights Ombudsman Inal Tasoev and Nana Tedeeva, Officer of ICRC Protection Division.
Issues related to the activity of the Trilateral Coordination Mechanism on search of missing persons were discussed during the meeting.
