Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev extended a congratulatory letter to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia Marat Kulakhmetov on the occasion of his jubilee.
The letter, in particular, reads:
“While acknowledging your high professionalism and personal qualities, I would like to mark your consistency and integrity in implementing the foreign policy course of the Russian leadership, in development of the South Ossetian-Russian political and diplomatic relations in modern challenging conditions.
