The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia sent a note of condolences to the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of South Ossetia in connection with passing of second-class minister-counselor in resignation Soshnin Vitaly Nikolaevich.
The note, in particular, reads:
“A brilliant, kind, sympathetic person of great spiritual power and intrinsic dignity, an outstanding diplomat and professional.
In 2013-2017, in South Ossetia, Vitaly Nikolaevich served as minister-counselor of the Russian Embassy, and will be remembered here as a completely devoted to his work man, who have made a significant contribution to the development of the South Ossetian-Russian relations and strengthening of cooperation between foreign policy institutions.
We express our deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Vitaly Nikolaevich.”
