Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia Marat Kulakhmetov congratulated Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev on the occasion of the Day of the South Ossetian diplomatic worker.
The congratulation, in particular, says:
“Since its establishment in 1992, the Ministry of External Relations consistently and selflessly has been on guard the sovereign interests of the young Republic. Over the years, in difficult conditions, the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry has successfully implemented the tasks related to the foreign policy of the state, has ensured strengthening of positions and international standing of the country.
Today, the South Ossetian diplomats stand in the vanguard while implementing our joint efforts, aimed at fair solution of international problems, promotion of equal partnership, preserving overall stability. And we feel their allied support inmodern conditions of global turbulence in international relations and unprecedented pressure on Russia by the “collective West”.
In short period of time the foreign policy institutions of our states succeeded in bringing the bilateral relations to the level of allied partnership, in carrying out a large-scale work aimed at establishment of interstate political dialogue, in foundation and enlargement of the legal contractual framework. And I expect further constructive and close interaction between the Ministry headed by you and the Russian Embassy in Tskhinval.
