On May 23, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev took part in the round table discussion "South Caucasus: Modern threats and challenges to regional security", which was held at the South Ossetian State University named after A.A. Tibilov.
The event was attended by representatives of the teaching staff of the K.L. Khetagurov North Ossetian State University, headed by Rector Alan Ogoyev, who arrived in South Ossetia on a working visit.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev also took part in the presentation of the monograph "The formation of interstate relations of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Russian Federation" by Senior Scientific Researcher of the Department of Social-Economic Research of the Z. Vaneev South Ossetian Research Institute, Candidate of Economic Sciences Alexander Petrovich Dzhabiev.
The monograph is devoted to the formation and development of interstate relations between South Ossetia and Russia in 2008-2022, it evaluates the results and development trends of the Republic of South Ossetia, highlights the fundamental problems associated with the establishment of interstate relations between the two countries.
Alexander Dzhabiev is the author of more than 90 scientific articles, eight educational books, five monographs on the world economy, international trade and customs.
