A working meeting between the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Republic of South Ossetia D.G. Sanakoev, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation S.V. Lavrov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia V.A. Chikirba took place in Moscow on 25 April 2014.
In the frame of the meeting was signed a plan of consultations between the Ministries for 2014-2015.
In his speech the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia David Sanakoev noted that despite the rapidly changing world, relations between the countries remain stable, friendly and continue to build up.
In the end of the meeting D.G. Sanakoev and V.A. Chikirba were awarded with the highest departmental award of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia ‘For contribution to International Cooperation’.
