In connection with the armed assault in Diseu village

On 15 of June 2010 Diseu village of Tskhinval district, the Republic of South Ossetia was fired from the police post in Koshki village, Georgia. As a result of this incident three fire-arms wounds received a citizen of South Ossetia Anatoly Kisiev, and his 15-year old son Robert Kisiev was detained and badly beaten, then released.

RSO Ministry of Foreign Affairs is deeply concerned by another attempt of Georgian side to destabilize the situation in the region and draw attention of the international community at Georgian authorities unwillingness to solve the problems by peaceful means and to establish a constructive dialog with the Republic of South Ossetia, what is shown by the refusal to sign a document of non-use of force with South Ossetia.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia is forced once again to draw attention of US leadership to fulfillment of the mandate of its military observers to make their work more effective in the respect of security providing in the region.
