On 21 December 2012 Tibilov Daniel Izrailovich was appointed as an Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of South Ossetia in Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela by Presidential Decree dated 21 December 2012.
Biodata:
Tibilov Daniel Izrailovich was born on 28 July 1968, in 1995 graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Affairs of MFA RF and from faculty of international law of Venezuela Technological University (1999). From 1995 till 1996 – D. Tibilov worked as referent of Latin American Department of the MFA of RF. During 1996-1999 as an Attaché and later as Vice Consul of the Embassy of RF in Venezuela. Speaks Spanish and English.
