Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S.V. Lavrov sent a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev on the occasion of his reappointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.
