On 8 September, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Muratovich Dzhioev attended the solemn ceremony of awarding the anniversary X International Literary Award "Bulæmærg", which was held at the South Ossetian State University named after A.A. Tibilov and was dedicated to the Day of Languages of the Peoples of Russia.
The "Bulæmærg" Award, established in 2016 with the assistance of the Embassy of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation, unites authors writing in the Ossetian and Russian languages, as well as translators. It is aimed at supporting literary creativity and preserving and developing linguistic and cultural heritage.
