The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent congratulatory messages to the Co-Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua Denis Ronaldo Moncada Colindres and Valdrack Ludwing Jaentschke Whitaker on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of the recognition of the Independence of the Republic of South Ossetia by the Republic of Nicaragua.
Akhsar Dzhioev noted that the noble and bold decision adopted by Comandante Daniel Ortega and Rosario Murillo became for the Republic of South Ossetia an important political and moral support at one of the most responsible stages of its modern history. He also emphasised that the ossetian people with sincere gratitude remember the support provided by Nicaragua and value the long-standing friendship and trusting relations between South Ossetia and Nicaragua, which are built on the unshakeable principles of justice, truth, brotherhood and mutual solidarity.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia wished goodness, well-being, peace, and prosperity to the Republic of Nicaragua and expressed confidence that even today amidst the challenging conditions of international pressure, the partnership between the two countries would continue to develop comprehensively.
