Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia A.M. Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation S.V. Lavrov on the occasion of Russia Day.
The message, in particular, reads:
"The significant date of 12 June symbolises not only the centuries-old history, sovereignty and greatness of Russia, but also embodies the unbreakable unity of its multi-ethnic people, the wealth and distinctiveness of its unique cultural and spiritual heritage."
A.M. Dzhioev also sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of Russia Day to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation M.Y. Galuzin and to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of South Ossetia M.M. Kulakhmetov.
