The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev sent a congratulatory message to the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Nicaragua to the Republic of South Ossetia, Alba Azucena Torres Mejia, on the occasion of her birthday.
The message, in particular, states:
"Your high professionalism, immense experience and ability to easily find common ground with international partners make a huge contribution to the implementation of Nicaragua's foreign policy.
Dear Mrs. Alba, it is impossible not to acknowledge your consistently warm attitude towards the people of South Ossetia and your attention to the issues of strengthening political and diplomatic relations between our countries. There is no doubt that your personal involvement and constructive energy will greatly contribute to enhancing intergovernmental dialogue and strengthening friendly ties between our peoples”.
