On 3 June, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia AkhsarDzhioevhosted a meeting with the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Republic of Austria Patrick Poppel, who is in Tskhinval on a working visit.
During the meeting they discussed issues of enhancing cooperation and strengthening international ties. Patrick Poppel reported about his activities to bring to the world community objective information about the history and culture of the Republic of South Ossetia.
AkhsarDzhioev thanked Patrick Poppel for his active civic position and his work as a Representative.
During the visit the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Ossetia in Austria visited the South Ossetian State University named after A.A. Tibilov, as well as answered questions of journalists at a briefing in the press centre of the Committee of Information and Press of the Republic of South Ossetia and on the radio ‘Sputnik South Ossetia’.
