Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia Akhsar Dzhioev extended a congratulatory note to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Sergey Shamba on the occasion of his appointment to the post.
The note, in particular, reads:
“The decision to appoint you to such a responsible public post is natural evidence of the high level of trust and the well-deserved respect of the leadership and the people of Abkhazia.
I am convinced that your professionalism, determination and commitment will be a guarantee for effective and fruitful work in the responsible direction you are familiar with, which includes, among others, strengthening and extension of fraternal relations between South Ossetia and Abkhazia.”
